Quality Guarantee-  We want you to be satisfied with our printing! All projects are completed in accordance with industry-wide trade standards for color and registration for laser output. Since monitor calibration varies widely, we run our digital printers at standard toner levels with a "pleasing color" standard. If you find an error introduced by me, or any other manufacturing defect, simply email me for return instructions. When I get your job back, I will reprint it at no cost to you, from your original file. This guarantee does not cover customer errors like incorrect copy or poor photography, so be sure to check your proof carefully. You can be assured that I want your job to look its very best!

Price Guarantee-  I will beat my competition's price by 10% of the difference for short-run digital color printing and CD printing and duplication. 

How to calculate: 

CMS price-  $10,000   

Competition-  $8,000

Difference-$10,000 - $8000 = $2,000          

10% of difference-$2,000 X  0.1 = $200         

Our New Price-$8,000 - $200 = $7,800

*  A copy of the competitions quote will be needed for verification. 

**  Short-runs are defined as projects of 500 sets or less.  Example:  25 pages 400 sets (10,000 total impressions) would qualify as a short run project, but 2 pages 2000 sets (4,000 impressions) would not qualify.
